Credentials are for official business only and are non-transferable.
Radio stations must have a sports director and regular daily sports shows.
Television stations must have regular nightly sports segments with a full-time sports director.
National and regional media outlets are considered legitimate with a full-time paid staff that covers sporting events. This includes national TV networks, regional cable networks, daily newspapers, weekly/monthly publications with a minimum circulation of 50,000 and national wire services.
Websites and blogs need to have a full-time reporting staff with regular sports coverage.
Submission of credential application does not guarantee credential will be issued. They are based on availability and approval by All American Games communications staff.
Credential application deadline for the 2017 U.S. Army All-American Bowl is Friday, December 23, 2016. If the approval of an application is still in question as of that date, please e-mail Mike Ulatoski, Communications Manager, at email@example.com.
Acceptance of credentials constitutes agreement by the bearer and his/her media organization and the rules and policies set forward by All American Games.
All credential, access and other media ethics and rules will be enforced by the All American Games Communications Department. If any member of the media is found to have violated any credential, access and/or any other media ethics and rules, it will be up to the sole discretion of All American Games as to the appropriate sanction from issuing a formal warning to the revocation of credentials.
Credentials can be picked up at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Antonio from Sunday, January 1, to Friday, January 6. On game day, credentials can be picked up in the press box at the Alamodome. A photo identification is required for pickup at all times.
No credentials will be mailed.
