All-American Soldier Hero Challenge
Wednesday, Jan. 2, 6:00 -7:30 PM, Sunset Station Pavilion
One of Bowl Week's most anticipated and unique events, the All-American Soldier-Hero Challenge is where each All-American player meets his U.S. Army Soldier Hero. The night kicks-off with introductions and a session of getting to know each other over a dinner of grilled chicken, burgers and more under the night lights of San Antonio's famous Sunset Station Pavilion. The dinner is full of laughter, stories and kindred spirits. But the fun really gets started with the night's Soldier-Hero competitions: strength, spirit and stomach.

The players and soldiers compete in sit-up and push-up competitions and then finish with an eating competition. And, rest assured, these young men can put down some food. The result is a great bonding experience that is also incredibly entertaining.

A long-time Bowl Week tradition, the All-American Soldier-Hero Challenge is a special time for the players, soldiers and invited family and guests.
