The U.S. Army Coaches Academy takes place each January in San Antonio as part of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, which features the top 90 prep football players from around the nation. The Coaches Academy exposes coaches to top speakers and U.S. Army Leadership from around the country, increases their coaching knowledge, sharpens their coaching skills, and allows them to be part of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and its related events. In past years, legendary coaches such as Lou Holtz, Dick Vermeil, and Sam Wyche have spoken at the Coaches Academy. Each coach of the U.S. Army All-American players will be invited to attend the Coaches Academy.
