Credential Policy:
Credentials are for official business only and are non-transferable.
Radio stations must have a sports director and regular daily sports shows.
Television stations must have regular nightly sports segments with a full-time sports director.
National and regional media outlets are considered legitimate with a full-time paid staff that covers sporting events. This includes national TV networks, regional cable networks, daily newspapers, weekly/monthly publications with a minimum circulation of 50,000 and national wire services.
Websites and blogs need to have a full-time reporting staff with regular sports coverage.
Submission of credential application does not guarantee credential will be issued. They are based on availability and approval by PR staff.
Credential application deadline for the 2014 U.S. Army All-American Bowl is Dec. 26, 2013. If the approval of an application is still in question as of that date, please contact Dan Romanowski with All American Games at dromanowski@allamericangames.com
No credentials will be mailed. Pickup will be at the Media Center at the Grand Hyatt hotel or the Alamodome on the day of the Bowl. If special arrangements need made, contact Dan Romanowski at All American Games at dromanowski@allamericangames.com
Acceptance of credentials constitutes agreement by the bearer and his/her media organization and the rules and policies set forward by the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and All American Games.
All credential, access and other media ethics and rules will be enforced by the All American Games Public Relations Department. If any member of the media is found to have violated any credential, access and/or any other media ethics and rules, it will be up to the sole discretion of All American Games as to the appropriate sanction from issuing a formal warning to the revocation of credentials.
Credential Pickup:
Credentials will be available beginning the Sunday of Bowl Week in the Media Center on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt. The Media Center will be open Sunday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. A photo
identification is required for pickup.
For pickup on Saturday at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, there will be a media check-in table located in the entrance tunnel off Lot A at the Alamodome. A photo identification is required for pickup.
Photographer Policy:
Staff photographers who represent accredited partnered media, daily newspapers, national media, and local San Antonio media are given preference. There is no photo space available in the pressbox.
No cutline writers, grips, messengers or runners will be allowed on the field due to field congestion. No spouses, dates or children, except those performing in a legitimate business capacity, are permitted.
All photographers must be carrying professional cameras and wearing proper photo sideline armband identification in plain sight at all times.
Anyone wearing a photo credential and not shooting game action will be required to surrender their credential immediately.
Photographers are permitted on either sideline or endline. However, they are NOT permitted within the marked off team bench areas (between the 25-yard lines) and must stay behind the 12-foot restraining line surrounding the field.
No cameras are permitted in the sideline area other than those shooting in a working capacity for media organizations.

Television Station Policy:
Television standup reporters will not be permitted on the sideline during the game. Media will be allowed access to the field post-game and up until five minutes prior to kickoff.
Live shots can be originated at any time from outside the Alamodome.
Television stations will be allowed to film from the sidelines during the game. However, NBC Sports and the U.S. Army All-American Bowl prohibits the use of game highlights on local newscasts prior to the completion of the game.
Practice Sites:
Team practice sites and times will be available on www.usarmyallamericanbowl.com and during Bowl Week at the Media Center on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt.
Credentials are required at practice sites. Please pick them up beginning the Sunday of Bowl Week starting at 9am in the Media Center on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt. If other arrangements need to be made, please

Media Parking:
Media parking is available and free at the practice sites.
Parking at the Alamodome for the Bowl Week events prior to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is located in Lot A. A vaild credential should allow for admittance into the lot.
For the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, a very limited number of parking passes are available, however, a valid credential should allow for admittance into Lot A.
Coach/Player Interview Availability:
Coaches and players will be available throughout the week during designated media-availability windows.
Following the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, players and coaches will be made available on the field.
Fax/Photocopy Service:
The U.S. Army All-American Bowl will be glad to assist with any fax or photocopy needs during Bowl Week. Please see a Bowl representative for assistance.

U.S. Army All-American Bowl Headquarters Hotel:
The Grand Hyatt Hotel is the host hotel of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. To make reservations, call 888-421-1442 and reference the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Media Block or click here and use the code: FOOTBALL13. The group room rate is $125 per night, per room, plus tax. The reservation cut-off date is December 17, 2013. The Media Center is located on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in the Texas Ballroom.
National Combine Headquarters Hotel:
The Hyatt Regency Hotel is the host hotel of the U.S. Army National Combine. To make reservations, call 888-421-1442 and reference the U.S. Army National Combine Media Block or click here and use the code: AAB13. The group room rate is $115 per night, per room, plus tax. The reservation cut-off date is December 24, 2013.
Press Box Telephones/Internet Access:
There are a couple of toll-free/local telephones available in the pressbox; however, non-toll-free long distance service must be covered by the media outlet.
Free wireless internet service is available during all of the Bowl Week events. For the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, there will be a sign-up form in the pressbox. For other events, please see an All American Games representative.
Alamodome Media Elevators:
The media elevators are located on the east side of the building. The pressbox is located on the mezzanine level (level 3) and the broadcast and coaches booths are accessible via the main pressbox. Field level is level 1.
