Biography: Seth is the Tuba Section Leader, Quartet Master, and Drum Major of his high school. He is a member of Pinellas All-County Band and has received superior ratings at Solo and Ensemble Festivals. He has performed at the BOA Grand National Competition and at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
