Biography: Bell put together a tremendous junior season at Gateway, recording 131 tackles and 11 sacks. He has the rare ability to play all three linebacker positions, and is also effective in coverage. He is a cousin of Pitt's Aaron Smith. As a junior, he was named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Fabulous 22 and the Tribune-Review's Terrific 25. He was also a first team all-state selection in Class AAAA by the Associated Press.
