Biography: Carter played in the same defensive backfield as 2008 U.S. Army All-American Patrick Johnson last season. He still managed to stand out however, finishing with seven interceptions and four defensive touchdowns. He is an athletic, instinctive cornerback with good speed. As a junior, Carter was a second-team Class 5A all-state and second-team all-Broward County selection.
