Biography: McNeal is an impact receiver who racks up the yards after the catch because he�s so elusive. He only had 31 catches as a junior, but still scored nine touchdowns. He has exceptional hands and is a very polished receiver, and can go get the ball at its highest point. McNeal is a playmaker in every sense of the word.
