Biography: Baldwin is a raw athletic prospect with a very high upside. He is very quick, with an excellent initial burst off the line of scrimmage. He also has good body control and ball skills, and is capable of making acrobatic grabs. He has the size and strength to rip the ball away from the defender, as well as the ability to make the tough catch in traffic. He dominates jump balls with his size, leaping ability and timing. Baldwin is also an outstanding blocker who rarely misses an assignment.

As a junior, Baldwin caught 21 passes for 470 yards and five touchdowns, and was also a standout on defense. He was named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette "Fabulous 22" team. He was named first team All-Conference by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His father Jeff played college football for Pittsburgh.
